Cuts before the end of the year?

Isn't this usually the time for cuts? Will this year follow the same pattern?

Air Centre brought about big Cut of 500 that we know of so far, most likely more to come after dust settles on indirect staff affected. This is a big change.

Don’t forget mini cuts, or the budget dairy cuts at the beginning of the new year.

Big cuts and hiring are not necessarily mutually exclusive. If previous years are any indication, Sabre likes to lay off non-performers or whose skills no longer match their strategic direction at the end of the year and then hire cheaper labor in the new year.
