Really? You have to be kidding. She cares about the company because she is a professional and does the job she is paid to do.
It will be bad for employees. She has fought a lot to prevent layoffs Board wanted. She really cares about the company since she didn't have children. She still have energy and can easily work another few more years. As a sports-fan person, she won't leave until we score high.
I doubt it. As long as we are retiring debt what else is there to do unless someone comes in and starts selling business units. As we are now she is all we need. But when they do I hope they don't get a legacy Oxy and just stay status quo. If legacy Oxy then that person needs to shake things up a lot, and put some energy into this company.
That won’t happen now. She will retire once the dividend is reinstated and the stock moves up above 40. These two achievements would be great milestones for retirement.
