When will they realize that the queen B at the top of CPMO has to go? So far nothing delivered, no value added only excuses! I'm leaving CPMO in 2 weeks, the ERP program is being ran by folks that know fck all about ERP and never had 1 successful integration under their belts..Good luck Cenovus!

I am not too far behind and will be leaving too, just finalizing on a job offer. Forbes and Maguire are too junior trying to lead the senior staff and then the lady at the top is the icing on the cake. They structured this whole thing a-s backwards..

I will be leaving the ERP program in a month. It will be a big shock to everyone and how critical my role is. By the way, I'm not leaving the company, I'm leaving because of the queen.
Elder is a piece of work, the lady knows nothing about anything just talks but no results. The actual ERP progress is not being accurately reported to CLT either she is hiding things..
Corporate Project Management Office. I am looking harder for role to leave to as I have lost confidence in the CPMO capability to deliver rather than micromanage with no results to show so far. ETRM, SAP the list goes on.
