Make sure you do AP4Me and pick out an outfit for your own Starman. It’s the most professional thing you will do at Lowe’s. After all, corporate treats us like mo--ns.

It is a training tool, I have a learned a few things from it. If you don't like it quit.
Of course they think your a m**ron you still work for them.
I have yet to actually learn anything from AP4Me, FE4Me or Lowe's University.
But, If Lowe's wants to pay me to waste my time, who am I to argue?
AP4Me is a waste of time. ASMs run around the store insisting it has to be done. How about spending more time on productive things like getting more help.
what is the purpose of AP4Me....some manager told me its a training tool. If thats their idea of training (i said facetiously) then we know why this company is so bad.
