There is cashier appreciation for the month of October and there's a front end and backing appreciation for a week no floor associates or specialist
for appreciation at all at the stores.

I've always wondered why there is a front end and a back end appreciation but nothing for the people between the two.
I'm a cashier, and have yet to see anything for this "Front End Appreciation" thing.
We are losing cashiers left and right in our store because our front end manager. They hired one cashier with no experience made him the floor supervisor. And I hired a part-time cashier with no experience to become a millwork specialist.
The moral of the story, as buddy said, is there is no fking morale.

Its just an event to try to keep cashiers because they have the highest turn over and not paid a lot
