Stop running your di-koff and you don't have that problem, I'm guessing you probably are used to getting priority trains that run 60mph and can use 3 engines for 600tons and you're paid for 12+ hours just for showing up. Well I am here to tell you stop running balls2thewall stop chasing the 5 hour day. Stand up by slowing down and working safe and by the rules. Make the extra moves cost them another crew still and put you in the lapse collum. Then when they can't run trains and a savaging to piece crew together from anywhere they can and blank jobs or lie to save them selves you have the satisfaction of at least getting back at them.
Now they are grabbing you off your train that you bring home from AFHT and putting you on a short turn. Where are the agreements and contracts? If they want to make you do everything and anything then pay us accordingly. Whats worse if you are trip rated you are doing extra work for free basically
All the crafts need to join together, now is the time to strike. Automated trains running themselves, out sourcing car and locomotive repair, out sourcing track repair, out sourcing the mtr (oss/cyo) this won't stop unless we all band together, if we lose we should be entitled to a buy out not just used and abused then discarded. We all the crafts and positions in the Norfolk southern built this company through hard work and years and life times of commitment, all in the the name of a promised career, not a job but a career that would take care of us long after we sacrificed our lives and family time to make this operation functional. To be beaten down and ra--d is not a good way to live. The way we are treated by this company is not justifiable. Companies want to be people when it comes to politics treat them like people in the justice system, the rapping this company has done over the past 5 years is diplorable. And we the employees that make this company run and make the financial balance sheet

And we the employees that make this company run and make the financial balance sheet positive need to band together and put a stop to this once and for all. Unfortunately I know this won't happen looking at all the people who I work with and seeing their $600+ monthly truck payments. Too many of us are dependent on sucking the teeat that B's provides. I know this will be down voted and some of you will respond with a trolling response, but anyone who is a true employee that has delt with this schannanigans knows I am right. Let make a stand before it's too late we can win and we can reverse what has been done to an extent. We need all crafts, current and past employees to band together it won't be easy but we must fight.
Breaking contract agreements are very easy to prove against this pitiful employer. Maybe everyone involved in these 2 unions will get some kind of money. It's about damn time a union with a backbone stood up! I hope NS gets popped real good in the mouth!
"ns has all the power and money to do what they want" 🤡
Maybe they will get on board now, but I wouldn't hold my breathe!
You sure don't see any of the mechanical unions suing to stop the crossing of crafts or outsourcing. Why is that?
