Does anyone know if any insurance competitors have any chat or non phone positions they are hiring for?

I have a processing position and still have to take calls. All the calls do is distract you from your real job! If I’m doing desk work, I shouldn’t have to answer calls too.
I don’t enjoy getting yelled at on the phone. However, I do like making more than $15 an hour.
Moreover, YOU CAN GET YELLED AT IN CHAT IF THE CUSTOMER YOU ARE SERVICING USES ALL CAPS in the dialogue. Be careful, the grass is not always greener on the chat side!
MetLife is.
To the sarcastic post. If you enjoy being on the phone getting yelled at by customer's enjoy. Personally, I'd rather not talk directly to them and would rather chat or have a processing position
I hear that it is good training for one of those dirty chat sites
Not too bright huh? If you're looking for a job this ain't the site!
A chat position will look great on a resume. You really sound like you want to advance your career. Maybe a chat position can lead to a management trainer? Perhaps Allstate will send you to Pune and you can train the folks in Pune how to chat!
