First why post on any media sight the possible intentions of a Labor Union… less is more ? Second it’s best to keep someone’s intentions in you’re back pocket . Posting on a social media sight may seem like a good idea but it’s not … Third I agree with workers distain . No contract for two years is enough to make anyone angry . Contract violations , unpaid no merit time claims and a blatant disregard to our well being is wrong . While recording record profits… Just stop it don’t help .

Best way to change the railroad is get another job
1&2) The carrier is well aware of any potential action by the unions and has prepared a counter move for any action well in advance. Public posts on social media don't "spoil the surprise", they just contribute to public sentiment.
3) If you want to make the railroad a better place to work, start with the man in the mirror. That's where real change happens!
What does it matter? The Unions don't have the b@lls to strike anyway, even during what should be a "labor friendly" admin in Washington. Its all hot air.
