Are you surprised? The government has mandated it and Chevron must implement.
Regardless the Covid 19 Delta surge is subsiding and it is very unlikely we get to high case numbers or more trsnsmissible variant, and most kids will have access to vaccine within the next month. I would say we will be back to normal before Feb 2022.

It's not really Chevron's mandate, it is Biden's mandate for large employers. Everyone is doing it.
