Time to grow up No one likes a whiner

Some people will be miserable no matter what you do. They want a check without having to work for it. They want more money with less effort. They want change but won't change themselves. Many of the problems are self-inflicted.
Because I think a pay increase, dealing with the issue of useless managers who do nothing all day, and many other pressing issues would have made me feel appreciated much more than one day off.
