So thankful to spend this Thanksgiving with my friends and family after leaving the railroad earlier this year. To all those who are considering leaving, there is hope! There are plenty of great jobs out there.

Agreed, not just jobs, but great opportunities to be had by all. So glad I left SCX when I did. It was going down hill and from what I've heard is worse now. On the verge of opening my own business and coube happier. It's hard to walk away from what you have spent over 20 years doing, it finding a career where you are valued is a wonderful thing. If you're thinking about walking just have a plan. Don't be scared to think out side the box. I know I worked with some wonderful people that had skills far beyond putting in a pa or fixing burnt leads. Good luck to everyone that leaves and the ones that are staying.

I was Happy to spend yet another year in my AFHT hotel. Going on 8 years straight I have been in hotel for the holiday. I am so happy to be working and moving freight for the NSR......please ki-l me......
