You will Pay for testing!

Heard this from a market HR - MKT MGR in 1371 -

Associates will have to pay for their own time off if they test positive for Covid when the weekly testing starts. Company will pay for the rapid test that’s all.

I have 3 associates - 2 of which where the first to be vaccinated get Covid again. And now on leave.

Lowes will only pay for weekly testing til Feb. After that, its on the employee.

I'd venture the guess that Lowe's paying for the rapid test will only last until the end of the fiscal year.

You are full of sh-t.

The company has already stated the stores will foot the bill for the testing.

However if the associate chooses NOT to get vaccinated and refuses the weekly testing they will be subjected to leave without pay. At which point the associate can remain on said leave or find new employment.

The company is following federal directions.

If you are only happy spreading rumors find yourself new employment. There are too many other things wrong with this company, spreading rumors for your personal amusement something we can all do with out.

Can you stop with the bs?
That's not true. It was specifically said by corporate that Lowe's will be paying. They're exact words in big black bold letters and from their podcast, "LOWES WILL NOT BE MANDATING THE VACCINE"
"Lowe's stands by the fact they believe it is a personal choice"
"Lowe's will be paying for weekly testing."
