The New hires quit after 1 day. Belk needs to change their working conditions, we lost three workers yesterday to Target.

We lost so many great employees. True professional sales people who cared about the customers, both the elite customers and employees are long gone. Crabtree 0458
It's such a shame corporate goons force our good managers to hound us about credit, emails, etc. Some of my managers are amazing! The others are miserable excuses for human beings. The few good associates left are leaving soon.i will miss them very much here at Belk 0396 in Oxford, Mississippi.
Some go to lunch and never come back
Why wouldn’t you go to target, they’ll pay you more and probably harass you a little less. I know of 2 different 10+ year Belk employees who have gone to target in the last 6 months.
