Everyone is leaving. Morale is the lowest I have ever seen. It’s really getting Bad. I have been putting out feelers too. Just so sad. It’s definitely changed here.

I know of several long time employees who have announced their retirement. I know there are several reasons for this but one is the COVID mandate that was set for December 8th. That has been pushed back. The other is the possibility of under funding pensions. Many are fed up with the disorganization and increased workload and taking the lump sum retirement while they can. I would not be surprised to see a mass exodus by the end of 2021.
The writing was on the wall for a long time so no reason to be surprised. Just do what the rest did and put in the work to find something else and leave. Get going and good luck!
Be careful what you wish for as xerox may get just that. I would call their bluff. Why not?
xerox is banking on The Big Resignation. Never let a good crisis go to waste.

As soon as any job comes available to me I am leaving, at this point I will take any job, I just gotta get out, am looking hard!!!
