Leave. Just leave. It's doable. There are good jobs out there. I left a few months ago. I have zero reasons to worry about job security at my new job. That's such a refreshing feeling. I didn't even realize just how high-strung I was all the time before I left. It will improve your life to be out of this place immensely. Take it from a former coworker who is finally happy again.
