Who is or going to be looking for a different job after getting new vacation time at the beginning of the year. I have been told by many they are leaving because they can't handle another year of this. I know I work the floor at Emerson Climate technologies factory and I can say from what I've heard after the first of the year Emerson will thinking being down over 100 workers is nothing compared to what's coming. People don't have a life working here and they except you to be ok with working 50 and 60 hours every week. Nope people are not happy and with 2022 coming Emerson Climate technologies is going to see frist hand just how unhappy the workers are. If you think customer's aren't happy now, just wait when the back logs are so bad it takes over a year for the customers to get an order filled.

If you can’t find a better job in this amazingly hot market, you might as well admit that either your courage or your skills have shriveled and you’re trapped in this mediocre cube farm until the next round of layoffs.
I have worked for them almost 20 years now and after December I already told my wife I've had enough and with that I took the time this Thanksgiving holiday to get my resume in order to be able to place online to look for another job. I too do it with not wanting to but I have a family that wants me home more and with this coming year not looking any different than the last two years I'm done with putting my children last. So I will be leaving a job I once loved hopefully to a job that allows me more freedom and time to enjoy life. Hopefully 2022 will be a great year for my family and me, God willing.
Yes same. Accountant here in Europe. I enjoyed my time in the most part (7 years) but after all the layoffs and centralisation to cluj it is time to call it a day. It is with a heavy heart as I too have good memories. Will be handing my notice in next week … again I take no pleasure in it. It’s just a means to an end as I cannot stay with company that really does not want me anymore (high cost). Good luck friends.
I know the environment has changed the last year for certain with all the overtime and covid, mandates and back logs. it's not for me anymore, most all my work family I once worked with is already retired or left and soon I will be to. I had my fun with lots of good memories,I sure did enjoy working for them up until this last couple of years.
Well, since the email stating that the company wants my private medical info, I'll more than likely be looking to move on after the holidays. Maybe I'll let them throw me out instead, but either way i'll be looking.
