There was a major safety incident. So guess that means no bonuses unless 'major' is defined as more than life altering for greater than one person. If so I guess that means this is an acceptable level of safety incidents.

Wonder if Husky still kept the id--t with a lighter employed after ignoring company policy!! A fair question
The worker that was fatally injured was in a remote area and wasn't discovered and no one was able to contact him, this happened at least 8 years ago and directly after Husky adopted a more robust working alone program. As for the worker using a lighter on the well shack door, there was no cover up, the event was discussed during a town hall and the operator actually presented during the town hall to the entire company.
I safety issue causing death will reduce the corporate bonus score by 5%, as it should. Everyone is accountable
Husky has ki---d and injured many employees yet you never hear of it!! A employee ki---d in a quad accident going to lease(Athabasca area). didn't find him for a long time.. Another employee used a lighter to free up door on well shack (bo-m). coverup after coverup
