I have been with allstate a few years now. This year has been the most draining. I have had three times the work load where as others on my team have had to do less. My managers always ask me to do more and it's tiring. Allstate takes advantage of you if you are good at the job. Seriously thinking of switching departments or going somewhere else. Does anyone have any recommendations? It can be department or other jobs

This place is a cancer. No transparency and lies are the norm here. They laid off too many adjusters last year and now those who remain are being worked to death here. I use my PTO time to catch up on work .
You get questioned if you’re over even a minute on your break at this slave factory, making slave wages. At the competitor I am at, I had to pick up my kid from school and it wasn’t a problem.
Get out.
Dang! this company has the most complaints and posts than any other company on this website. Must really be horrible to work here.
Usaa is building out a cat team. A friend moved there and said half the workload, more money and better benefits. Check it out!
Not to mention, I am at a competitor where aux usage isn’t micromanaged and I can go to the bathroom without worrying. Your trusted unless there’s a reason your suspected of work avoidance. It’s nice compared to Allstate.
And I bet you still make less than $20 an hour; right? This place is a joke.
This is Allstate. There is no good department any more.
My ole granddaddy used to tell me, "You always whip the mule that pulls the hardest". That's what companies do.
Bail as quick as you can. A company that values their employees, preferably a private company.
