Some real numbers to start with.
- Restructuring cost - 130M - 240M USD
- Severance cost - 65M - 90M USD

Now lets consider conservative estimates:
Average cost per impacted employee = 50000 USD ( severance, coverage extension, PTO payoff)
That makes 1300-1800 employees impacted (50000*x = [65M / 90M].
Scenario 2: In the worst case let’s assume that the top 1% folks (CPO et al) are handed over 30-40 M as separation package, that still makes the range to be 700-1000.
