To poster 1eum+1dUMTzU4. Why have you waited so long to get the vaccine? Who convinced you Ellison or Biden?

Lowe's pushing ahead with a suspended mandate is in violation of the law. In addition, Lowe's demonstrates crass stupidity & disregard for their workforce - people should just quit, this is not a company anyone would want to be associated with.

I'll be putting my info Workday Monday. Happy to be vaccinated. We will see who are all the ill informed and selfish employees soon.

And if you leave no unemployment cause you are violating company policy.

Anyone happen to notice that with Ho-o depot you can "voluntarily" disclose the info, and it's not required, just recommended? Whereas with Lowe's its "required" by December 1st? Sorry, but this company has ulterior motives for sure. Plus, HD employees literally just got a company-wide raise and we still haven't broken the $15 hourly barrier that most major retailers have at this point.

Quite a bitter group here with one exception of value.
No matter where you work, there will be ignorant and selfish co-workers.
Can't mandate that away.

Action Required: All U.S. Stores - OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS)

TO: All Store Associates

CC: RVP, RMSD, RAPD, RDIS, HRD, RPSD, DM, DMSM, DAPM, DMIS, AHRBP, PSM

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the federal government agency responsible for workplace safety regulations and guidance, recently issued an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) for COVID-19 vaccination. In order to comply with this directive, Lowe's needs action from every U.S. associate.

We are committed to the safety and health of everyone in the Lowe's family and whom we serve. That's you and all our associates, along

with our customers and the partners we work with.

Here's what the ETS means for what we do at Lowe's:

• The ETS requires all employers with 100 or more employees to mandate the vaccine.

• The exception to the vaccine mandate is to require any employee not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and basis, effective Jan. 4, 2022.

  • As part of this standard, OSHA requires that Lowe's keep records of every associate's vaccination status.

This record-keeping requirement is an OSHA mandate, and therefore, Lowe's will comply.

Here's what this means to you and to every Lowe's associate:

• We must have every associate's vaccination status recorded in Workday, our human resource information system,

be tested on a weekly

by Dec. 1,

  • Starting Monday, Nov. 22, all associates can disclose their vaccination status using these instructions. If you are vaccinated, have a digital copy or photo of your vaccination card ready to complete your verification. • IMPORTANT: Associates who do not disclose their vaccination status by Dec. 1 will be considered unvaccinated and must

comply with testing and face covering requirements. • Associates who are considered unvaccinated will need to take COVID-19 tests each week, effective Jan. 4, 2022. We'll provide additional details on that process in advance of that date.

Thank you for doing your part in helping Lowe's continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of you, all our associates and our customers.

If you have questions, please submit a request in myHR or speak with your leader or HR partner.
