I do not believe that in the end many people will leave because of the vaccine mandate, but I think that their number will not be small. I'm just wondering if this company has a plan on how to attract replacements, since it's no longer a very attractive place for good employees?

The benefit, long term career, job security, work place environment .... as being a STT employee is far below a NY PD. Cannot compare. Also, most of the good guys in STT can easily find a better job in other financial firms.
The mandate works! just look at NY PD, they projected 10k to be suspended for being unvax and at the end it was about 38 officers. I expect this to be the same as the unvax people will get the jab. Thanks SSC for standing up to the unvaxer.
