First I found this site months before the bankruptcy, some interesting intelligent people were sharing opinions and information I was craving for. I guess they all gone, because now it looks like total mo--ns posting whatever stupid stuff comes in their pitiful bitter brains.

Forgot to re-state that I don’t work there. You’re not reading for content; just for something to insult about.
The One And Only Meat Head, you hate your job, but there’s nothing else you have to say. Oh, and “Heheheheheheh” . I’m looking here to see what’s new around, if there any changes in any store, if it gets any better or worse. This site is the place we found out about that chapter 11 bankruptcy way before it happened, about Lancôme’s leaving, some others things. And I will still continue visiting this site for that reason. And I’m not going to waist my time reading your pointless whining about old employees treated poorly. Next step you will be posting “ It’s cloudy today”, probably with a nasty twist. It’s up to you to type your nonsense, nobody’s stopping you, but if it’s so important for you to share your Heheheheheheheh again and again, that means you are definitely primitive minded. So that’s exactly the point- degrading quality of workers at the stores.

I haven't been employed there for over 3 years now. But, some of the long-timers I worked with are still there and being treated poorly. That's what keeps me poking my nose around this site to see if what is said here matches their complaints-- and it does. These are older workers who hoped to retire soon, and that possibility gets slimmer each day.
You are making a hasty assumption based on statements based here that the quality of the store culture rests squarely on the shoulders of disgruntled workers. That is a fallacy, a false assumption and bad logic. It is being run poorly by the new owners and the effect is trickling down to all the lower ranks.
There will always be the occasional joke, poke or "Heheheheheh!!!", but there are reasons for it all. If that embarrasses you, you either need a thicker skin or just stop reading the posts, here. Until the store culture improves on an administrative level, people will continue to complain.
Obviously you are a contented insider, so ask yourself: Am I looking at this from both sides? Could there really be something wrong to make people so unhappy "en masse"?

- "they" should be "they are" or the informal contraction "they're"
- And, you should re-phrase "whatever stupid stuff comes in their pitiful bitter brains", as, "whatever stupid stuff comes into their pitiful, bitter brains."
- Good marks for correct usage of "their" unlike some "mo--ns" who would substitute "there".
