BC is Chairman of the board. He blames DH for all the "mistakes" however BC was there involved in every decision, integral in every plan, yet he takes NO OWNERSHIP for the mistakes. There is NO INTEGRITY and absolutely NO LEADERSHIP QUALITIES in such a BLATANT lack of HONESTY.
