Encouraging people to quit

It's been happening for a long time, they seem to be encouraging us to quit.
I don't think I'm imagining it?
Are there others who are experiencing horrible situations through which it is clearly noticeable that they are trying to get rid of you by leaving voluntarily?

No problem, I'll quit, but the future of this company with this kind of management looks very bad.

Better jobs out there for better pay and benefits. The Union gave away all of the perks. Different than the old phone company.

"They" never fail, "They" get Golden Parachute's when they sell the company and a seat on the Board of directors and Bonus for the sale. The new CEO and Executive's jump in their Chairs before the seat is cold along with their new High Salary and Options approved by the Board and become the new "They".

Look at Nacchio you can't have done more to try and fail yet he still walked away with Millions. Oh and Story was at Global Crossings when that Fiasco was going on there as well, just snuck out the back door to Canada Telecom before they got busted.

Absolutely! This tactic has been going on for years. They don’t care about your job skills or loyalty. This sort of thinking increases their chance of failing! Do they care? Nope!

Someone should have the courage to rid the company of Level 3 management. Other companies have done things like that. That's my advice for the day!
