It is only me or does anyone observe the same thing as well - during COP26 weeks, I noticed that there are a lot of EM CCS Ad on my LI feed...but now that COP26 is over, ad about CCS is not really visible and this week is EM ad about the Women Global Forum...

It’s all BS anyway. Why waste money on ads? Because there are enough id--ts out there who might invest in XOM if we do something posing as a green action.

Yes - I know how advertising work...but I thought we are serious about promoting CCS...if yes, then the ads should be running even the COP26 is over...

This is how advertising works…I mean it’s green washing yea but that’s also how advertising works everywhere. You don’t see ads for the olympics right now but I bet you will when it’s closer to the olympics…you start seeing more beer and tv ads when football starts etc
I’m not invited to this Global Women Forum. It was not advertised internally. Must be another PR campaign of a chosen few to give the illusion of diversity.

Green washing. Coming from EMRE I can tell you this company has no clue when it comes to CCS. The technology they are pushing is decades old and XOM is a poor operator of those assets. They’re entire strategy hinges on a payout from the government.
