There’s life after Citrix. After seven years at Citrix, I became indoctrinated to the culture. I liked the company but it’s leaders were simple d-mb. I’m here to tell you, I’ve never been happier leaving Citrix. My cater has flourished, I’m making more income, and I’m at happy and stress free. Throw up those deuces and never look back. There’s a lot better out there.

Left Citrix just before the Covid crisis hit. Glad I did.
Ditto. This is a HOT market. The time is now. So many talented people who deserve so much more. Don’t live a fear-based life.
Same here, left (I asked to be let go) 3 years back after 15 years of service. Now living a relaxed life working 18 hours a week (1/4 the salary) with little stress and the constant BS. Wednesday afternoons is spa time now :-)
Same here. So glad I left Citrix. My job is stable, making great income, not stressed, I am appreciated, and I get time off for the holidays! Life is so much better outside Citrix.
Good post. As a side note, technically you are looking back as you are posting on a Citrix' board here.
Good luck.
