Sell the EMHC campus and let everyone work from home. Well, technically, we are leasing the Spring land, so terminate the lease.

EM's biggest margin product is an artificial 'ambergris' with a very distinct aroma. Produced only in Baytown, where the ops folks call it 'after grease'.
In the past it was just shoveled into a waste pit.
But this Aromatic now goes for $5K per fluid oz. That's right.
Talking about 'margins'.

Almost all of your feelings are within your control and the thoughts you focus on will define who you are, how you feel, and what you are. Life is short and in the end all you have are your memories. Your memories are simply mere moments taken from the years that have passed by. So choose to fill those moments with the best of life and you can do no more. As an engineer I'd have to go with my favorite one:
- Measure twice, cut once.
Get gasoline in the morning when the temperature is cold and the gasoline is more dense, vapor is less.
Fuel pumps recycle fuel vapor back into the tank, and you pay more for your fuel when it's warm, because the density is less.
