I have seen several posts of people who were lured to Citrix by being fed lies to only be laid off after 1 year or less being with the company! In some situations 6 months! How could a manager look into someone’s face after feeding them the dream by laying them off? Citrix is a disgusting company. Especially in inside sales they were hiring a lot trying to lure these young people to only lay them off. You’ll find a better company! Citrix is a mess.

I was told by one of the managers that they are trying to save engineers. I was under the impression that engineers with "big fat" pays are eliminated first. Less than 6 months at Citrix and I was laid off. I don't even have any other experience to show on my resume.
I have never listed me less than one year's employment with Citrix on my resume. Never will.
I’m one of those that was lured from another company. I never even heard from my manager through all of this. Citrix has been nothing but a black spot on my record. I have no respect for any of my former management. If you won’t even tell me what is going on, then you’re just a pathetic manager.
I was one of those people lured. Fortunately I saw the writing on the wall once inside as was fortunate enough to be able to get out. I’m sorry for those not as fortunate. I often wonder the same about my previous manager who had been there some 10 years. I suppose in the game of survivor there are no great choices, just necessary ones.
