Sounds like an overabundance of IBM India employees if they have to setup a new facility to house them.

So, so sad 😞 what IBM has become! I retired from IBM. Could not stomach the lack of integrity from IBM management, especially at the VP level…greed, greed and more greed.
This means that more jobs will be transferred to India
IBM has just become a Indian company, like Tata, Wipro, etc... Yet, we still can't compete with them!!
