The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is abiding by a court order and suspending enforcement of the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate on large private businesses.
In a statement shared to OSHA's website, the agency said, "The court ordered that OSHA 'take no steps to implement or enforce' the [Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS)] ‘until further court order.’"
Is Allstate going to announce anything on the mandate now that it got put back in place by sixth circuit? Or maybe they will wait as it will likely go to Supreme Court? Side note I have no idea how a 3 people vote from the sixth court was decided to overturn it lol. Probably paid off I assume.

OSHA is workplace safety ONLY! They have no right to enforce a mandate. A mandate is NOT a law. And the VACCINE is NOT a vaccine.
