Anyone see the email from Hugh? Treasury needs to start coming in every Wed oh and data shows that employees optimally should come to the office 2 to 3 days a week. What happened to working that works? Obviously people are not coming back into the office like they thought....you mean working that works for mgt who wants to be able to make you conform to their schedules.

That’s great stuff. Only problem with it is that Hugh is a, if not THE, primary driver of GBS.
GBS and PGT are his “personal legacy” projects for PepsiCo.
How is being being present in the office going to protect your job from being sent to another country? If it can, they're going to figure that out whether you work from home or not. It's not like they're going to be reluctant to do so because they realize how much they enjoy your sparkling personality.
