I barely work and I get a promotion.
What is wrong w/ this place.
I left months ago and i agree that the grass is very much greener in the case of leaving Cenovus. Usually it is not greener in a normal situation, but it is now after the merger, toxic environment and out of control workload.
I wish my friends back at Cenovus could find something as well as no one should have to work like that. Checking this site confirms it is getting worse.
You don’t have to believe me. I personally don’t give a ship, but it’s true.
I had a similar story but the best thing was to stop seeing the face of the loser of my Manager.
