Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Are all SF employees on hybrid schedule or just claims?

Did not see many people working in the office at the hub. Does HR, IT, and other employees have a hybrid schedule like claims employees? Or are they still able to work from home only?

Hate to break it to you, but claims isn’t the red headed step child you think it is in the hybrid situation……Corp-law is in the office 60% of the time. Get over yourself!

Assert your rights and submit them for obvious code of conduct violations!

Cannot wait until we have to come back to the office and sit next to the guy who demands everyone sign their petition or they will shun them or the big city guy who decides what 3rd party vendors we hire and lives in rich subdivision, go figure! FTM! Drain the swamp! Follow the money! What a fa-t

And at a time record numbers are leaving their jobs for something better-you can’t ! You don’t have the courage or the talent to go elsewhere. You are going to be a claims monkey till you die working for the scraps the MAN gives you.

Basically only claims is under the 5 days per month requirement. Most areas in U/W or CCC are 4 days a month and they get to schedule most of their days. I believe some HR folks are also under the 5 days a month. The rest of all the department's analyst and support functions/IT folks basically only come in if the need to. So claims is getting the shaft down to the nutzzz as always! Let's go Brandon! Love the record inflation....oh I forgot it's Trumps fault because he colluded with Russians and it COVIDs fault ....forgot that it is your fault for buying too much stuff and having too much free cash! How dare you! LOL!! Let's go Tipsy!!!!

@sfd not sure what you mean. In claims, we are inundated with IMs and emails with all kinds of info and announcements because we never have time for proper meetings. If you look at the home page the info is readily available and has been for months. Makes me wonder when I see questions like this if these are even employees.

@gzm+1dQkexHJ Considering you will get an IM from your manager or analyst if you do anything outside of claims. maybe just a wild thought that’s why OP asked.

read the workforce connect page.....LOC folks are all permanent wfh....if you're in a hub (atlanta, dallas, tempe, bloomington) you report 20% of the time.
