What all do we know for sure? Will more director positions be added. What will happen to the OVMs? I do not envy their jobs and don’t know how we would do what we do without them.

Can't give MBA anything else. At the breaking point now with everything already.
Ops is turning into floor moppers and bathroom duties. since most of them are full of sh*t anyway
OVMs cut after inventory. Some will be offered a new sales manager / csx role that will entail total department ownership (sales, merch, pricing, signing). MBAs take over fulfillment and logistics. Front of house support team blends in with sales colleague teams.
I can only hope to be cut!
