Even though we’ve complained about a long history of below average annual pay increases for everyone, they’re inly giving adjustments to the low paid.
This company fu--s everything up.
I was a hard worker. Maybe I’m on the upper side of average, but I deserved it. I deserve to be given a raise for their poor history of raises. I’ll be putting my two weeks in today.

I'm guessing you are paid well for your contribution and there were many more deserving of the raises, many L2&L3 are paid less than McDonald's workers.
Keep the job for now and apply to other jobs. Just show up and do less. Prepare your resume at home, have it accessible from your phone, and look for and apply during your free time at GF. If time passes and you're less salty, then ramp back up at GF. If you get offers from places then you know what your value on the market is. Use it as leverage for a matching offer from GF or move on. Good luck! I've been in the same position at GF.
I would just suggest leaving. I did a couple weeks ago. I hated it there.
