I saw somewhere that JCP will pay associates an $2 an hour for working weekends during the holidays.
Do they really think that this is the same as a permanent pay increase? JCP is hopelessly screwed up.

How do you know this is going to happen in 2022? We lost a lot of strong workers. We should get more than 23. Cents for being an all star going through a bankruptcy and a pandemic. Raises always sucked! I'm capped out for my position anyways. They offered me a supervisor position 3 times so I wouldn't be capped out and leave. But I'm full time and my hours are (operations) hours and I like them way better than supervisor hours lol
Some stores are actually paying an extra $3 but only on the weekends.
We will be getting raises 2022.
I guess we have to take what we can get or we can leave .
