- You now must be ranked as EXCEEDS on your annual performance review in order to achieve 100% of your bonus target. (And they changed the rules in September- 9 months into the qualifying year.) For all of that stupid hockey banter at our town halls - gotta love a team who changes the goal posts part way thru a game.
- They just reduced our annual bonus targets. SO emoloyee bonuses were reduced but investor dividends were increased? Huh? Who is doing the work?
- 20 for 20 incentive plan was removed. Whatever happened to "my bond is my word" or better yet the ACTUAL employer/employee agreements we all had?
- They gave $30 million in bonuses to the mgmt who assisted with Husky acquisition BUT nothing to the reduced workforce who are trying to get their job done plus the job of the workforce reduction casualties.
- The LCVE employees have to work to earn time off at Xmas BUT the LHSE staff do not. That is more crooked than a dog's hind leg.
