Any inflation related adjustment in the works?

Inflation is a real thing now.. Given that Cisco's salary bands were meaningful in the early 2000's , is there any inflation related adjustment round the corner?

Inflation related adjustments- heck yeah! Cisco is planning a 5% base pay cut so that don’t have to raise product prices as much.

No inflation related adjustment but there will be more “talent relocation” without any backfield and work is gonna explode outside change freeze.

But it’s ok because they will hire more college grads to fill the slots. Then they will have just a few kool aid drinkers in each spot that work 12+ hours a day and neglect their family while shaming coworkers, to pick up the rest of the slack. They will dangle technical leader carrot in front of the overworking mo--ns for as long as they can and that’s how they plan to run the business.

Cisco doesn't have a union so if you have the mentality that you are owed a cola you can forget it. I think what they supposedly get for market reference ranges is garbage and is based on lightweight experience, not those with real 10-20 years of proven experience. Better get what you want coming through the door as far as $ or you can expect to be on the lower end for the duration.

Cisco only hires employees that don't understand inflation. What percentage of new hires could ever afford a house on a Cisco salary? It would take 200 years.
