There’s a reason many companies are pulling back on moving more IT offshore. More problems, less capability, no problem solving and value proposition isn’t what’s advertised.
I’m seeing resignations every week as well, like a leaky faucet that won’t turn off. The few hires done are managers who don’t know AIG history or systems.
There’s no point in raising such issues, as decisions have been made and all you will get is platitudes and messaging, not real discussions about how it all fits into a road map.
I do find it interesting AIG considers hiring Indians as diverse. Half of the workforce if not more are Indian. So much for diversity.
When did they stop? I see weekly souls just disappear.
