At this point of your goal to cut expenses (I agree), keep cutting HO and field HO people. If not, make them work for you and deliver results. They are not managed.

ALL stock once again is trending in the negative. Maybe all the BS has caught up.
But how could Allstate survive without their giant, well-honed inertia machine?
Somebody might actually make a decision and accomplish something if you took out 2 or 12 layers of death by meeting.
