So far, my colleagues have been leaving one at a time. What is happening now? Several colleagues intend to give notice almost simultaneously.
If I were the management, it would be a nightmare for me. I would already be thinking about whether I will be able to implement both short-term and long-term plans, bearing in mind that it is quite likely that there will be a mass exodus, and that there are not many quality people who want to work here. All this is an expression of huge dissatisfaction that has been going on for a very long time, so I don't know if CVE could have done anything to stop or at least slow down the attrition?

What if the dissatisfied are your justified high performers and critical talent???
What then?
Can you run a company without people?!?
Let’s see.
This is a perfect rally cry to get all the dissatisfied together and leave. What a great idea. That way the toxic waste will all go at once and stop poisoning the good. Doesn't seem like a management nightmare to me? Am I wrong?
They want people to leave so they don’t have to pay packages. Create a toxic environment so people leave. CHECK. This is exactly what AP wants
Who is in charge of people?!? Wait - Human Resources. So it seems like Sarah is doing a great job per Alex. Alex must really really love her. Something there.
No other EVP of HR would still be alive in any given company with moral and high exodus. A true EVP of HR would have rolled out strategies and initiatives to turn this ship around by now. Something going on there.
