I am hearing IT is safe from layoffs until at least after the Gingerbread House building contest is over.
Things are definitely looking up, our leadership brought us through difficult times. We will all be well rewarded and doing just fine in 2022.
I’ll add that everyone needs to take stock of their cash and other liquid assets. Make sure you can live a year on just these at your current spend rate. You’d hate to have to dump your house or sell something you don’t want to.
They industry is cyclical. COP will soon in 2022 be talking about not finding enough experienced employees
