Have you heard anything about potential Nordstrom layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

We are hiring right now (So Cal) and it's hard to find people.
Every year after the holidays a few of the troublemakers are laid off along with excess seasonal workers and it will be the same in 2022 however unless the economy does another crash and burn there will not be wholesale layoffs.
The stores are hiring anyone who comes in. Too young and have no motivation to learn or be a salesperson just clerking if they stop talking. So yes I see house cleaning beginning of 2022
Does there need to be any? Seems they got rid of a lot of dead weight last time around...
