Phone:

Email:

Dear ,

I am writing you to make you aware that I hold a specific religious belief that prevents me from taking a Covid Vaccine. Per United States Federal Labor and Employment Law, my religious beliefs cannot be used as grounds for any termination / retaliation / discrimination. Additionally, I am under no obligation to be specific with you of these beliefs, to enumerate them, or be asked or required to defend them.

Please be advised that vaccinations (and certain other medical procedures/applications) violate my deeply held religious convictions. Accordingly, I am exercising my federally protected rights under 42 USC § 2000e–2(a)(et seq) which read as follows:

Unlawful employment practices

(a) Employer practices

It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer—

(1) to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, s-x, or national origin; or

(2) to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, s-x, or national origin.

Therefore, please place this letter in my appropriate HR file as a substitute for any such "proof of vaccine" or "certificate of vaccine" that you may need.

Thank you.

Vermont is one of the most vaccinated states in the country and has served as a model for its COVID-19 response throughout the pandemic. But now, the state is experiencing its worst COVID-19 surge yet, with several factors -- including its own success -- to blame, officials said. In Vermont, nearly 72% of residents are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 -- more than any other state, according to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data. At the same time, it has the 12th-highest rate of new COVID-19 cases over the last week, state data released Tuesday shows.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has quietly acknowledged that far more people have natural immunity than was earlier reported. The CDC quietly acknowledged that a staggering 146.6 million people have been infected by the Sars-CoV-2 virus and have survived it.

"The U.S. has surpassed 750,000 COVID-19 deaths, which is more than the populations of Vermont, Wyoming or Alaska."

And what do most of these deaths have in common? No one wants to talk about the literal elephant in the room which is most of the individuals who have passed were obese, had co-morbidities or were very old. There are anomalies, but those are few and far between. Not trying to shame people, but if you are not doing your best to take care of yourself and your body that is on you.

"JUST IN - U.S. federal appeals court affirms hold on Biden's vaccine mandate, calls it "staggeringly overbroad". Biden's vaccine mandate "raises serious constitutional concerns" and "likely exceeds the federal government’s authority."

Note, this doesn't directly apply to the federal contractor mandate, but it will be used as precedence current cases challenging it. The company needs to back off for a while and let this all play out.

For those living in states that have banned vaccine mandates, there is no longer a valid, legal mandate to fall back on. Essentially, if you live in a free state, you are safe from the unconstitutional mandate. Depending on how much of an "asshoe" the company wants to be, you may well still have to fight back. Call your AG.

It's all moot now. The 5th circuit just affirmed the hold on the mandate citing the likely unconitutiality of it. It applies to the OSHA rules specifically but is clearly linked with all other mandates.

Supreme Court will likely not overturn. It's grossly unconstitutional and anyone with sense already knew it.

The company can probably go ahead and have their own "mandate" but they won't be able to use the "federal mandate" as defense when they are sued (which they will be)

"70% of those 18 and over have been fully vaccinated yet 80% of those with COVID are unvaccinated. Look carefully - 80% coming from a pool of only 30% of the population"

When faced with facts and numbers the anti-vax group always finds something else. Lets use the UK numbers - they rolled out their vaccines in a very different way than the US(and different types). Almost sounds like looking for numbers to support the anti-vax cause and not actually looking for the facts. By the way no one ever said the vaccine was 100% effective - neither is the polio vaccine but when you have almost everyone vaccinated you don't have any issues with a vaccine that isn't 100%......good try but facts are facts

The latest report available from the UK Health Security Agency shows that the Covid-19 vaccines are now proving to have negative effectiveness in everyone over the age of 30 in the UK as low as minus-one-hundred-and-twenty-six-percent.

"yet 80% of those with COVID are unvaccinated."

You cannot trust US data for a variety of reasons. For example, if you come to an ER and say you are vaccinated, they won't test you, whereas you will be automatically tested if you're unvaccinated. They use lower PCR cycle count for the vaccinated than for the unvaccinated. Those vaccinated who got the shot outside of a given hospital system and can't produce the proof of vaccination are counted as unvaccinated. Those that received just one shot and got covid before receiving the 2nd shot are counted as unvaccinated, while it's known that your susceptibility to infection is higher for a couple of weeks after the first shot. And so on...

UK data is much more reliable, and they currently have 71% of hospitalizations and 83% of deaths from the vaccinated.

"yet 80% of those with COVID are unvaccinated."

I know math can be hard sometimes, but that means 20% with COVID are Vaccinated. Any of you vax pushers want to compare this "vaccine" to polio or mumps vaccines now? Was there over a 20% failure of those vaccines?

While this exact letter may be a little more aggressive and angry than it needs to be, some of you need to go read the provisions of title 7 regarding religious protection and the recently issued guidance that come out from the eeoc this past year.

"The U.S. has surpassed 750,000 COVID-19 deaths, which is more than the populations of Vermont, Wyoming or Alaska."

Has the vaccine actually reduced the death rate since it has been put in widespread use?

Has transmission been reduced?

Have you looked at the statistics in countries that are near 100% vaccinated lately?

"The U.S. has surpassed 750,000 COVID-19 deaths"

The majority of that happened SINCE the vaccine has been rolled out. More deaths in 2021 than 2020.

What religious convictions do you hold exactly?
Are you a member of the Church of Polio?
I suggest that you get yourself a cat and name it "Life" so that at least you can say you have a life.
