We’ll be fine… until prices drop again. Then the mo--ns up top will spiral the company back into the dirt.
Future? You wok for a company of VPs that lie and cheat to get their way and even HR goes along. Watch next time someone try’s to do the right thing and in couple weeks they are no longer around. Sad part is BOD probably won’t even allow Nick to change this toxic culture.
Heck if field leadership actually shows up to work we are surprised and of course nobody really cares about safety since all EHS guys do is fill out paperwork for someone in Corp.
It’s not good, they’ve have the weakest leadership out in the field offices, those d bags can’t lead their way out of of a wet paper bag!
More than anything else, I expect that mediocrity will be even more valued and that there will be less and less room for talented employees.
