Does anyone know what type of severance package one gets from being later off at Citrix? It may not be a bad thing if one gets nice chunk of change.

bummer - i thought it was 1 month for every year.
Depends on level... Directors, Sr. Directors and VP's have their own programs..
And yes, the packages are good because you sign your rights away when you accept it.
Correct. The base can be 4,6 or 10 weeks depending on your level plus 2 weeks per year @ Citrix.
The ones before were like 6 weeks + 2 weeks for every year (up to 10years). Any PTO left would be half pay.
Assuming they dont change it, the packages are decent.
