Any thoughts on Denbury’s course of action from here?

Anyone notice that the symptoms of each variant are becoming so similar to things like the common cold or flu that we'll never have a clue what we have. Is that by design, we have to ask ourselves these questions. Im not a conspiracy person but how far can we go before we realize our bodies have been doing just fine for alot of years, some more than others taking care of us with an immune system. What happened to going to the dr and prescribing what we need for something and getting over it at home rather than running scared and going straight to ER. They've confused us all so much we don't even ask what happened to flu season, is that what most of us have what do we believe?
I agree completely, I was a big fan of forcing this at first because most of us got vaccinated because we were told that we are 100% safe from covid if we follow along, then it changed to not so much now its you're not even vaccinated until you have 2 or 3 boosters. Where will it end. Is this about how much money can be made at this point before the people start pushing back or is it really about our health at this point.
Nobody knows what to believe anymore
Thoughts on the new policy for Vaccinated vs. Non-vaccinated that was just announced today. And just to clarify right off the bat, I am vacc'd, but I also believe in rights to privacy and common sense or at least I can question what's right and wrong here. 1. Taking any guidance from CDC at this point is pointless, as their narrative changes by the hour and new data comes out daily that contradicts everything this new "standard" represents. 2. This violates rights to privacy by forcing employees on both sides to expose their private vaccinated status by either not being forced to wear a mask if vacc'd or having to parade around in a mask because you're unvaccinated, causing a hostile work environment by having the vaccinated treat the unvaccinated employees like they have the plague which is not right either 3. If you're paying attention to the quiet admissions that are occurring daily, more data shows that the vaccinated are still contracting and spreading the virus just as much, if not more than non-vaxd, and the test data from the PCR tests used have not been accurate and the death rates are proving to be inaccurate, so this is going to provide a false sense of security for the vaccinated not having to wear masks and what will happen when the numbers still go up. What will the plan be then? Or will it be too late? Talk about a legal nightmare by time this is all over with; Constitutional violations, HIPAA violations, putting lives at risk in the work place (if you're going by the science) etc, Regardless if an emergency is declared. If it is a true emergency then keep people working at home PERIOD and protect not only people's health but their rights, until things are under control and let people that need to come in choose what's right for them to feel safe and ask that others respect that. This is the only true way to protect people and not have legal issues and liabilities caused by factors that are out of everyone's control at this point by following government controlled mandates that we really don't know if we can trust or not or if they'll change by the time we adopt these ever changing procedures and recommendations. Both sides should agree on this by now!

The unvaccinated are causing all the vaxxed to get infected. So you need to get vaxxed so unvaccinated people can get you sick. It’s really great logic.

HR & HSE at Denbury are a lot like OSHA. Both institutions are here to protect the company and/or government, not you the employee or citizen (read tax payer), respectively....

Like you dont see children with Polio vaccine running around with Polio. You dont see people with MMR vaccine running around with MMR. Likewise you dont see people with Covid vaccine running around with covid….right?

Federal court of appeals blocked the mandate. Most likely this all dies in the Supreme Court.
Dont quit, thats a mistake. Make them fire you. Pretty sure weekly testing isnt a drop in the bucket for cost compared to our upper management salaries and bonuses. Thats where we lose profits. Dont give them anymore excuses as to why we dont make profits.

I am sure Denbury will just pay to have all of the anti-vax people tested weekly which will eat into profitability and impact our bonus.
