HAHAHAHAHA The audacity of these /d/ots asking that on innerviews. WOW JUST WOW. I commute about 2 hrs one way because of traffic, stay at store 9+ hours and dont get ot, short handed on every department, got a 2% pay increase, lines up the you know what, still TMs calling w + c-19 cases, no applicants what so ever, the list can go on and on. Go ahead and ask us again if we are stressed out. tms are barely hanging. I’m on the east coast by the way. Quitting so another can take my spot if they can find one. Stores that have A/STLs from outside have no clue what they are doing and yet they get praised. Keep your $t^pid pie.

So inflation is almost 7% and we get 2%-3% raise!!! Bunch of cheapos. If you just got a raise and its 2%-3% you should ask for a review. We getting robbed.

our ASTL was absolute dog sht but our STL was amazing. I hope they fired that POS but i fear he is probably moving up in the company because no one else wants to work here lol

STLs are supposed to make more. When / w@s a TL, my atl made less than me but we all got the same gainsharing and he made up making more sometimes because of OT. Now astls cant make up the difference, bonus is a lot less than stls and work harder than stls. I remember I went to a training where stls and astls were present. You could tell who was stl and who was astl by the cars they were driving. STL Mercedes, bmw, denalis, and such. Astls corollas, civic, scions and such. The gap in bonus is huge and the pay increase of 2-3% is a lot less than what stls get. Astls cant make up the difference like atls do. They stuck getting cr@ppy raises and drive long distances in sh/tt? cars. So I guess they had it with the 2-3% they get and now atl/tl make more than them because of the $2 extra and double ot. Good thing i quit few months back. Are you stressed out? Im not anymore.

At least share the results of the survey and share announce an action plan to combat burnout. They literally know everyone is burned out and quitting in droves otherwise they wouldn't have over the $2/hr bonus to stay until January 2nd! I hope they have self checkout and robot workers ready by January 3rd. So boneheaded!

This getting seriously bad. I no longer work there or maybe I do. Im not sure anymore. But this room was mainly for regular team members to share cr---y things that happens there lol. But if astls now are complaining then it must be real bad for every astl and below. stl get paid a lot better than astls and bonus are triple or better so they not complaining. So sad the company has gone down the drain so much. Amazon is a bag holder now. Great job jm got out just on time.

Yes, this question was pretty d-mb. My first thought was it will be used to identify Tm's who are disgruntled in order to pinpoint stores that may try to unionize or so they can identify higher paid Tm's they want to chase out the door. Any Tm that didn't answer agree or strongly agree was lying or doesn't give a cr-p.

Nobody up top cares about you they just push the illusion of concern to the few people who still drink the kool-aid. The culture compass response was laughable at best completely missed the mark. The sc-m at the top just keep collecting money while the low level workers produce all profits for the unethical people in charge. Do the bare minimum because that's what you will receive for your JD and they always fund ways to sc--w us with the worsening insurance.

It is so funny because they are letting tls apply for astl positions and they don’t even know how to run their depts. but yet they getting astl positions. If your metrics suck why are they letting them apply? Because they know a lot of astls are quitting or going to. Who wouldn’t? 2-3% raise? I spend over $2ooo/year in gas just going to work and that 2% doesn’t even cover it. Quitting the week of thanksgiving. Are we stressed out?
