Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Looks like Wilson was well regarded at Sears.

At Sears, Mr. Wilson contributed to such major projects as the spinoff of the retailer's remaining 80% stake in Allstate

Sears and Roebuck and Wilson oh my, when I started working at Allstate mid 90's the dress code was straight out of the Sears catalog. My first week felt like I had stepped back in time to the 60's. They had just banned smoking in the office a few years prior. I never felt like they ever left the Sears mentality behind. Poor decision-makers poor policy implementation, poor tech an IT upgrades. Headed the way of the dinosaurs.

Thanks Mrs. Wilson. How'd that work out for Sears?

It's hard to imagine the life choices that brought you to making "a living" posting pro Allstate leadership nonsense on some obscure board, but they must have terrible ones.
