I hope it's just a rumor that someone came up with to create a bit of panic. However, the rumors so far have mostly come true. Is it possible that layoffs are around the corner as is talked about among my colleagues? If that’s true, then I hope it won't be big cuts. Does anyone have any info on this?

Must be disheartening to read in the Baltimore Sun that while rates are too high and employees are being cut, CF found $95M to take care of healthcare inequities in Maryland.
every year with BP in charge has seen an end of year shake up followed by beginning of year layoffs
Can’t see why there wouldn’t be layoffs. Costs are too high and CF has a hard time competing. This clearly won’t fix the issues (although I know of plenty of dead weight that could be cut without impacting the company) but the money us to come from somewhere.
